I could not be more happy with my experience at Robert Palma! He was absolutely incredible through the whole process. He is so knowledgeable, so friendly and helped me make the custom ring of my dreams! Crazy fast turn around time too! I am so grateful that I came to him, instead of ordering online somewhere. 12/10 experience. I would absolutely recommend going to him for any custom jewelry. I can’t say enough great things! He is currently re sizing a ring for me as well. Extremely reasonable too. Thank you so much!

Robert’s work is impeccable! He’s become our family jeweler, for two generations. He’s is trustworthy, does exactly what he promises and produces stunning jewelry. We had a special request for my husband’s wedding band~ a Celtic design, and his designer blew us away with his creation. My husband gets compliments all the time because it is so unique. We’ve purchased many diamonds, Hawaiian heirloom jewelry, pearl necklaces and custom earrings. I won’t buy jewelry anywhere else.

We truly enjoyed working with Robert Palma to design a beautiful custom ring! He helped our vision come to life with his expertise, attentiveness, and thoughtful guidance throughout the process. It was our first time working with a custom jeweler, and we really appreciated the time he spent with us in the design process from start to finish: his prompt communication beginning with the initial consultation, his patience in answering all of our questions, his flexibility in scheduling time to talk and meet with us, and his valuable feedback on our design - all led to creating our perfect ring. His son, Kenta, was also very helpful in guiding us through the steps! All in all it was a seamless and supportive process with a gorgeous end result. Amazing experience! Robert Palma gave me such personalized service and really took the time to get everything just right. I had a super tight (and honestly unreasonable) deadline, and they still made it happen without sacrificing quality. The piece came out perfect and best of all—my wife absolutely loves it. I recently had the wonderful experience of working with Robert Palma on my engagement ring redesign! It was an incredibly special experience. I came in truly not knowing what I wanted, but Robert spent a lot of time with me coming up with a shared vision. He created something that perfectly reflects the story I wanted to share; something earthy and floral that also incorporated diamonds from my grandmother’s ring (4th pic).
